The company was founded in 1966 in Singapore as a sole proprietorship by Mr Koh Tiat Meng. Today, Koh Brothers is a reputable property developer and construction company with over 40 subsidiaries, associated companies and joint ventures cutting across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and PRC.

The investment holding company specialises in water and wastewater treatment, civil engineering and construction activities, bio-refinery and hydro-engineering and bio-energy engineering projects. They also offer building materials including pre-cast elements, ready-mix concrete, cement and provides equipment rental services.

Over the years, the company has undertaken various construction and infrastructure projects. They have earned A1 grading by the BCA which is the currently the highest grade that contractors in this category can achieve. Due to this, the company can tender for highly valued public sector construction projects.
